How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who contacts Choosingwild Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Choosingwild Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If Your Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, go to the provider first. Keep a written record.

Then tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. Know this, though: Choosingwild Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a provider or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@choosingwild.buzz. Please include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Send It

We confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
